Our Owner
Willy Davila President and Owner of KVC Construction grew up in a construction based family in The Permian Basin. Willy started KVC Homes in March of 1998 and has made it through the “Booms and Busts” over the years. With over 41 years of experience our team has seen a lot and is ready to suit any of your civil or industrial needs.
