All subcontractors will be responsible for communicating timely job details with our Project Management Team.
All Subcontractors Must:
- Have proper insurance including Worker’s Compensation, General Liability, Auto, and Umbrella coverage
- Be willing to perform night work
- Be willing to complete all paperwork within the deadlines
- Be organized
- Have a smartphone
- Have their own tools and transportation
- Possess strong communication skills
- Understand how to read plans and/or directions regarding the scope of work
- Certification and licenses are a plus
- Varying crew sizes helpful
